should i buy this jeep?

went to a local lot used car lot today, and checked out this limited jeep they have. all the cars at this lot are trade ins from the dealers, and ive bought 2 cars in the past from the guys here. they have a 1999 jeep limited with 117k all the cool options and brand new tires, advertised at $8770. now i test drove it today, and it drives great, the ac doesn't work, that was the first thing i noticed. now i got to talking to the manager, and he has to move this car by tomorrow, or he'll have to send it to the auction to make room for inventory. he offered me $6600 + fees, but said he'd also fix the a/c. http://www.kbb.com value is $9000 with the indicated miles. the cars are legit to, as i've bought 2 within the past year. what do you think?
