how is the garbage disposal not working?

does it not do anything?

look on the bottom of the garbage disposal, there should be a little fuse/breaker buttom that you can push and the disposal should be able to turn on. if it hums but won't spin, find an allen wrench of the apporpiate size and manually turn it from the bottom to help un-jam w/e is in there. the allen wrench slips in the center of the bottom.
