Should I add mid-bass speakers? Anything else?

I'm getting my stuff in monday, hopefully getting it installed this week. I'm into quality, but at the same time not competition quality. Im in the middle per say.

Car: 2015 Honda Fit (Small hatchback)

Headunit: OEM with JBL MS-8

Subwoofer: TC Epic 10 ported tuned to 28 (From my previous car, love it)

Subwoofer Amp: JBL MS-500 (500RMS @ 2 & 4ohm)

Speaker Amp: JBL MS-400 400RMS, 100RMS X 4)

Speakers: Front NVX Components, Rear NVX Coaxials

I would like to keep my sub running on the low end, but afraid I will miss sound between the sub and mids. I have considered having my fronts and rears wired together off channel 1 & 2, and doing something with channels 3&4, like midbass woofer (s) boxed in trunk?

stupid?

No. What you should actually do is prep your front doors properly so the door speakers will play midbass.

read that step and read from step 1-8.

having the fronts and rear wired off one channel is a horrible idea because it will throw off the time alignment and mess up your sound stage.
