severe voltage drop?

what would u consider a severe voltage drop for a car that normally runs at about 14.2-14.4... at idle my car can range from 13.7 to 12 with loud/long bass notes. it has never dropped below 12 and it comes right back as soon as i hit gas.

below 11V would make a mark in my books as severe. I don't like to see less than 13.4V when the car's running.
