Setting up amps and the head unit's crossovers etc.... Can you get me close?

So ive pretty much realized over time that I've not had my system setup right.

I have a pioneer avh-4800 HU, Image Dynamics CTX65 components in the front. Image Dynamics CTX57 in the back ( it's an f250 truck )

I'm powering the speakers off of a PPI 900.4 amp. I also have a shallow mount woofer posted off of an Audio Technix 800.1.

Can someone get me some pointers for the setup of the dials, buttons, switches etc? What about the correlation to what's setup within the head unit? As in what EQ settings. Won't the counteract each other since the amp says one thing but the Hu is calling for another setting?

high pass filter at 80 hz on the head unit, have the amp on FULL

Subwoofer amp, have the low pass filter at 250 on the amp on the head unit have it at 80hz.

Thanks . So because I have the switch on HPF that will essentially block out the LPF thus rendering it unusable on the 900.4 amp right.
