Setting Kicker ZX 750.1 Gain

I have 2 Kicker CVR 12s connected to a Kicker ZX 750.1. When I set the gain with a DMM, I use this formula: square root of (rms watts x resistance [ohm load]) right? So it would be 750 watts x 2 ohms = 1500. And the square root of 1500 is 38.72 AC volts. Is this right?
