I've heard in the past that when setting the gain on a sub amp using an Alpine HU that you should have the subwoofer level at 15 instead of 0. Why is that?
I am specifically speaking about when you are set gain and looking at the voltage.
Doesnt setting the sub level all the way at 15 give you no place to go if you want to increase bass at any point?
