First, amps, 2 40.1's strapped at 1 ohm, (.5 a peice)

Next, check my math, want to run 6k rms, so the square root of 6000 is 77.459 multiplied by th ohm load 1 ohm = target voltage 77.459 volts. Freqency used 41hz my peak. Anything wrong yet?

Next, my settings. Deck settings sub level 0, amp settting, gain (in the process of) bass boost level 0, LPF @ 50hz, subsonic 25hz. Bass conrol knob, half. Zune volume 18, my max level to my liking, deck vol 36, since I run a zune it always stays at 36.

Set my gains, listened. . . weak, need a bit more, what do I boost??? Bass boost, gain, or increase sub out on deck. My ideal setting is NO CLIPPING. What can I do? Or what have I done wrong in my settings? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

x2 or it just might be the sub level on your headunit. Try turning your sub level all the way up and set it. Then try it out on a lower volume. I know my when my sub level is at 0 on my headunit I dont hear sh!t.

if I turn my sub level on my deck up and then set it. . . It would be the same voltage is a constant in the formula. Unless I boost it from where its at now, than more but than will I clip?
