Seeking opinions for upgrade

I have an old Panasonic cqc3300u h/u from 2003/2004. It still works pretty good but sometimes changes input sources when you use the buttons so I wanna start looking for a replacement.

My only criteria is that it needs to have 3 sets of rca preouts (f,r,s) and an auxiliary input and maybe a higher voltage (>2.5v) preout signal.

I have been looking at the Kenwood kdc x494. I like that it has a 24bit dac and 4v preouts.

Looking to keep it 160 or under.

Thoughts?
