Sears back up battery?

ok I need a battery to help maintain my system voltage at or around 14 volts, I have a 90 amp alt, and a 775 cca marine deep cycle upfront, with the big three, a 20 farad digital cap and zero gauge all around. I plan on running a hifonics brz2400(2400 rms @ 1) and a kicker 350.4(400 rms )

My amp is coming in the mail tomorrow, and my last one fried due to poor voltage. So what can I do with these limited choices? I am broke but have a sears charge card, so I want to buy an auxiliary battery tomorrow for less than 150 dollars.

Why don't you just get a DieHard Platinum? Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more

4 year free replacement warranty. If anything goes wrong in four years, go to your local Sears, and get a new one.

It's over your stated budget, I know, but the DieHard Platinum won't just be a temporary thing. They're great batteries.

the sears die hard platinum is your best bet, you can spend $220 and get same performance out of the battery that a $350 xspower will give you, its a drycell agm battery. and deadeye is correct about warranty, its 4 years free replacement. do not waste your money on a garbage optima or somthing like that. and get rid of that useless cap dude... give it to someone with a walmart or bestbuy system lol..

i want to but, this is my moms money, I'm a broke *** 20 year old inbetween jobs, I promised her my tax return lol, would one of the smaller advanced gold agms be any good, and could anyone explain to be what to be looking for, Its the ah right? I want the highest ah i can find along with cca

No 12V battery is going to help keep your voltage at 14V considering they rest below that. Upgrade your alternator.

Trying to run close to 3kw on a 90A alt is just idiotic.

I know, but I can't have mine respun because the casing is too small, and i'm unsure who makes decent H/0's for 93-99 jetta 2.0s, i can use the 120 amp from the v6, but that wouldent be enough, so if its possible I might delete my a/c pump and run dual 120 amp alts, but I have no clue how I would get a bracket made, anyone know a company or have a link to one

Have you contacted DC Power or Mechman for quotes?

no, but which is the least expensive, or would I have to get quoted to that find out, I really would not mind fabricating a bracket on my own and running dual 120s, but that's a bit of serious work for someone who just has a general understanding of what they are doing. Do either dc or mechman fabricate brackets too, or do they only work with alts?

You're looking at several hundred dollars($400+) for an alternator. Bubba and fronty are right, you need a bigger alternator. Otherwise, you're just asking for it to explode(not really) and leave you stranded somewhere with no bass, and no car.
