i would but dont have the extra space, and I want decent SQ....this is tough... just port the L7, it won't be that much more space
so this is a no brainer, if I want loud ported is the way to go...in this case.anyone who says sealed is just doing so for arguments sake. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/ban.gif.ce8465566702ef9f72e97e794ed1c86a.gif
Poor SQ will result from putting subs in incorrect enclosures which is exactly what you're doing!i would but dont have the extra space, and I want decent SQ....
There are a few sound quality world champions that disagree with you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifPutting it in a sealed enclosure isn't going to make it a SQ sub;
ok. insight I needed, once I decoded it. What do yall think of an Me in 3cf sealed compared to one in 2.5 at 34hz...Putting an L7 in a sealed enclosure is akin to cutting off your nose to spite your face. Just don't do it. Putting it in a sealed enclosure isn't going to make it a SQ sub; it's simply going to take away from the L7's greatest strength - getting loud. If you go sealed, go with a different sub.
