sealed or ported?

runnin two 12" kicker compvrs.... powered by MA audio 1000 watt amp

should i go sealed or ported?

i want deep bass yet sumwhat clean crisp bass... and im not gonna be upgradin subs anytime soon.... so what should i do....

o and its all goin in the back of a yukon denali.... im currently runnin ported (soud good) .. but wonderin how a seald woul work

gonna spend lotta time on this box... itll have an amp rack and all...

The quality would be better, if yout current ported is not made right...

I don't know if you'll be able to distinguishthe audible difference, but one thing's for sure, it won't get any louder...inf act, it might even get a bit quiet...ask Jmac for the specifics...

well actually it gets loud as hell.... so im hopin if i run a sealed enclosure... i can tone it down a bit and get sum sq

without too much info on the boxes...thats pretty much exactly what you should expect.

well im runnin 2 12" old skoo compvrs ...

how low is low.. for a ported enclosure.... right now mines bout 35ish

im hopin to making to separate boxes with an amp rack in the middle...

suggestions?

wut were your port dimensions.... was it stickn out the box?

and does it matter which way your port is shooting?

well i guess ill jus stick with the sealed and leave the fancy ported design stuff to the box masters....

i hope i dont lose to much boom going from ported to seald... and gain sum sq
