Listen here meat, you obviously dont understand how this works. Us veterans will tell you what you want and if you dont like it you can leave. Wardens, DD 9500's, and plenty more would crush those in SPL for the same price and less. Maybe you shouldve came here before blew $1400 because you dont know what your doing.

The XXX's are beasts, but if dude just wants to get as loud as possible he'll be disappointed...

First of all. I asked for box recommendations ONLY! i been doing my research on many forums for a long time now and found out that these are the speakers I want. I didn't ask about any other speakers PERIOD! Second of all, I have the right to come to any forum and ask what i want, so you "so called" veterans cant tell me what to do cause im gonna do what I want anyway. I know there are many other speakers with greater SPL than those but I want SQL as well and these are the ones that fit that profile very well. Ill be dammed if im about to let yall tell me i wasted $1400 for jack. Man get your priorties in check before you come at me cause u obviously have me misunderstood. I asked for one single recommendations and thats it. Not trying to argue with u guys but yall just think yall can say what yall want to anyone. NOT ME. Do not need any more recommendations by the way. ill just take the misfit guy advice. Thanks

Calm down, trout. I don't feel that you wasted your money. The XXX is one of my favorite subs.

Worst was simply trying to tell you that if you're looking for SPL, the XXX isn't the right choice. It's not the end of the world. Most of us will still wake up in the morning.

I'm going to respectfully disagree. These subs will perform better in large sealed enclosures. In fact, OP, you might want to see how big you can go in your vehicle, because it's likely you won't have enough space...

yea i Know I dont have 8 cb feet. I might can get 6 in there as I built a box for 4 12's in my truck and it was about 5.5 cb feet with just a tab of space left. I had 4 kicker CVX's in a ported box on that same amp and that just wasnt loud enough for me neither. I know for a fact i dont have 8 cb feet of space back there. Thanks

I wouldn't be comfortable running a pair of 15" XXX's in 6 cubes. Maybe 1 of them...

1st) I dont care what you asked for you got my opinion.

2nd) If you have the right to ask what you want then i have the right to respond how i want and if you dont like that you are a hipocrit.

You never said SQL, you said SPL and ill tell you that you wasted what ever i want. Mr priorities have nothing to do with this. I can say whatever i want, are you going to stop me ?
