Saying bye to DD.

I completely understand. When's the last time you built a real SQ car? Heck have you ever built a SQ car? The car itself is the hurdle. Not the speakers or the amps.
Ive neve see two drivers respond the same in one car. that's the point. and YES drivers make a huge difference. even with a ****** pioneer CD player and no real processing ill bet i can place in a SQ comp. matter fact they have a show coming up soon...

PLEAASE try and see what you are up against. plz and thank you. With something under your belt, you would have more authority over what you say around here lol.

I started competing in the late 90s up untill anout 06. Ive won as a teenager alot of places..

unfortunately with my budget on a national field i would get beatout. Last setup up i had was good for a 153 headrest which is around a 158 dash and the drivers wheren't top notch. Of couse in ss 3-4 i was going aginst 4 9918s and 20kw. No way my streetbeat tuned3.25 tuned to 34hz per driver with 40in sq per driver) 8kw rd audio alpha 15s could compete but from texas to Georgia everyone swore i had the best sounding highoutput system.

Now im building driver with the same concept. Musical drivers that can be tuned to sound excellent and just raising the crossovers a tad for protection can be easily used like a prosound driver would be for times when i want output tgat sounds much better than pa drivers.

Im not just some dummy who never been outthere. I have speakers that can be heard. Its too bad that i got in alot of legal trouble and lost alot of my life savings otherwise id be in business.

Im not going to act like i know it all but i will say i have a good grasp of the field.

old spl trophies are one thing but can you survive the new standard for sound quality?

What does any of that have to do with SQ?

Honest question. Do you know what a SQ does?

This was an unfinished wall. It was about 1/3 the total power bucause they where strapped at 2ohm. Good for a 148 headrest. Note it sounds like **** but my midrange and highs for the most part kept up untill about 145 where in which the subs where barley moving.

I had trophys for days i just didnt jeep them after i moved..
