i would have done some form of removable top, or double baffle over the sub and create a removable square in which u can yank ur sub.

other than that, nice build and hope it meats your expectations

I was going to use the aeros but I got advice from someone who had some issues with using aeros that were being used really close to the walls on his box, and that it completely messed up his tuning...so I decided to do it as I originally planned.

I was going to do some kinf of removable top, but I plan on using this box until november, so it's not going anywhere for a while...unless it completely fails(I'm still anxious to see where my peak is at).

I can always tweak the ports a little bit by shaving some off or adding a little, if needed.

It's my money, I certainly made the money, so let me spend it as I wish....I don't see anyone giving RE XXX, DD 9500, DC Level 5, or other $600 sub owners flack for spending that kind of money on a sub...

Where else can you get a 21" sub for that price? The only one I can think of is the IA DP.

$600 for a substage that hits 150+ without trying (and on pretty low power to boot) is pretty damn good. I don't know of many other setups that can match that for the price.
