running 8 sets of rsds xover question

Your car, knock yourself out.

It will end up ear bleedingly loud at some freqs and others will be missing entirely. I was just trying to help but if you want to argue, then whatever.

honestly hemi. ill tell you from experience they are right. i did have a shit load of speakers once like 6 pairs of comps and guess what it was loud but i got alot of trouble trying to make it sound decent . yes i am going to put like 8 pairs of speakers in my car in just the doors. and like 2 sets of comps in the dash/center console. but i can care less what it sounds like. its for SHOW. if you want the loudest set up, invest 800 bucks in a realy good 3 way set or this might help. http://www.soundstream.com/intl-speakers-PRO.htm. im pretty sure they will keep up with what you are going to be pushing.

for about roughtly 500-600 you can get a good set up that will hang in their with 150+ dbs. bass wont obstuct from the music if it set up right.

You positioning is everything when putting in your set up

wtf do you want 8 sets of speakers for? Thats going to sound like dog shit. With all the money you're spending you could get just as loud and have a chance at a sound stage by going active, or with a premium set of comps. You're already spending the money.

either approach, its going to be good , but if you can and want to sound realy good hemi get 2 sets of comps a good deck to go active and you should be set

true, but even though it's comparing apples to oranges....that's like saying 1 12" sub well installed is going to be louder then 8 lesser 12" subs decnetly installed(we're not talking s!tty comps here either). Possible, but simply because of sheer cone area and air displacement, improbable. DOn't get me wrong, a badass 4 way pro audio setup would be as loud and probably sound much bettter but i dont consider that a "component set"
So I'm still waiting for that recommendation
