Rockford Amp problems

I now have in my possession a Rockford Fosgate punch 75.2 amp.on tha back under punch 75.2 it says trans*ana. What's that mean? Also this amp will not power on , and i opened up the bac of this amp. There is no burn marks or any indication of anything wrong. Do you have any ideas on why this won't turn on?

I've never had any problems with Rockford. Maybe u can email them at their website and ask them. I don't know what 'ana' stands for either.
