Small insurance companies no longer able to provide it, and they're gonna send people in Massachusetts, the state, to do it, and that's coming in the federal version of health care as well. The private sector insurance companies are hanging by a thread. They're not going to be around long. On purpose. But Obama now has to go out and say, in order defend this lawsuit against the individual mandate, "No, it's not a mandate. We're not mandating everybody buy health insurance. And, since the house controls the purse strings of the federal government, they CAN defund Obamacare....effectively repealing it!!! No money....no Obamacare.
Notwithstanding, the states are mobilizing a lawsuit, challenging Obabcare to MAKE them implement it. A Federal judge already ruled it unconstitutional, by virtue of the commerce clause.
Now, this health care slide show that advises the Democrats on what to say and what not to say, is a blatant acknowledgement that Obamacare was pushed through Congress on the basis of a lie. Lets go back to his immaculation speech when Imam Obama was immaculated.

That was the speech where Congressman Joe Wilson shouted out, "You lie!" Remember that? In that speech, Imam Obama said, "Put simply, our health care problem is our deficit problem. So they had to say that health care was gonna reduce the deficit in order to make it permanent. We were lied to, scammed. This is fraud and deceit, and it's admission now by the Democrats is profound.
To get Obamacare through the reconciliation process without a sunset provision, the CBO claimed it would reduce the deficit by $118 billion. Remember they were massaging and manipulating this to say it was never going to cost more than a trillion because that's what the Iraq war had cost and the regime was out there saying, "Oh, health care is going to cost less than the Iraq war." It was all lies, and Joe Wilson shouted that, and look what happened to him. So now we have... It's unconscionable. This entire regime has been a lie. They continue to lie...

OK, cliffnotes version...Obama lied; Got caught lying. The House can de-fund Obamacare...effectively repealing it. Fed, Judge declred it unconstituional. States are filing suit to refuse to go along. Dems lied about the HC bill reducing the deficit (According to the CBO, it will cost 115 bil more than projected). If they had been truthful about the bill, it would have to have a sunset, built in.

Its simply debating whether or not a situation in which you are forced to pay for health insurance can be considered a 'tax'.
Well, since Obama is on record talking out both sides of his mouth. On the one hand, he said it was NOT a tax, at all. Then he said it was. If it isn't a tax, but a Federally forced purchase, then it's unconstitutional and cannot be implemented. If it IS a tax, then it has to have a built in sunset, because it would increase the deficit (Hence, the need for a tax increase to pay for it). Either way, there's a problem with this law.
The bill will cost most individuals more money and will cost the states a lot more money 2 factors that are over looked. The left wants to call it a right, funny thing here is why do some people have to pay more and work harder for their rights? Particularly under this bill.

The US govt is the single largest employer in the country. Between that, and all the people on welfare, its hard to get people to vote for real change. They arent going to vote themselves out of a cushy job or their hands out of our pockets.
