I like how the whole game was figured out in the 1920's yet we are still struggling with the same problems. ironically despite the same problems a public option was always shot down until the current reform was passed.

First you have to make medicare and medicaid work..hell social security doesn't even work..your link left out a lot of things as well. Doctors offered yearly service rates and they actually had group plans from groups ..you may have heard of them Shriners? Mason's? For some odd reason they were demonized....
