Replace Bose Amp and speakers in 05 Silverado

Okay so I have an 05 Silverado crew cab. I have already replaced the head unit with a jvc double din. I used the harness for the bose and on star and the chime retainer. I have added an amp and a subwoofer in the back. I now want to remove the bose amp and speakers and replace those.

I have a kicker zx350.4 amp and 4 kicker ks650.2 speakers. Now should I try to figure out which wires the speakers are in the bose amp plug and tap into those for the speaker output front the kicker amp. Or just rewire the all the speakers to the kicker amp?
