removing factory cd changer

I have a 1995 Eddie B. ford explorer. The Jbl head unit went out and now I am replacing it with a Pioneer head unit. There is no sound when it is hooked up. The speakers are fine. My only thought is that the six cd changer has to be removed and that there might be more wiring for the speakers. Does anyone have any ideal and if so know where I might be able to get the diagram of this?

That JBL system more than likely will have it's own amplifer under one of the seats, so check for that and make sure you have the proper wiring harness for the JBL equiped explorer. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
