Recommendation for 3" speaker pls

I hate to sound dumb but what does PE stand for?Thanks though for responding.

They are a WONDERFUL company that caters to the DIY home audio market amongst other things, and have an extensive variety of drivers (speakers for the layman) available at all pricepoints.

although the options seem pretty slim for a 3" speaker. Maybe a 3 1/2" would fit?

 
i paid $20 for a couple 3 inch extended range tangs from PE and they sound great.. but they have to be in the right box, otherwise they dont sound so good, but thats true with almost any speaker
