GET THE HC's!!!

They will work perfectly with your bd1000. HC's are dual 2 ohms, so you can wire two of them for a 2 ohm load to your amp and they'd see plenty of wattage each.

no SE's are proven to be louder than HC's up until about 1000 watts then the Hc's take over because of their power handling.
