RE Audio company are a bunch of morons

I am so mad at the moment that i need to vent and warn everybody. RE Audio has the worst customer service in the world. I sent in my sub and waited months to get it back from them. UPS finally drops it off and i am so excited that i will have my bass back, well guess what, RE sent me the wrong sub. Get this BS they want me to send the sub back to them at my cost and pay shipping back to me at my cost as well. im guessing they didnt send you an upgrade from what you had.. man that would have been sick! I feel you though. Pretty crappy situation for their mistake. I would be so pissed!

see its one bad experience like that, that would make me never want to deal with them again... good product or not, not worth the stress/hassle
Exactly the way i feel at the moment, if they don't give a crap about me then i won't give a crap about them or the products they make.
