re 12in sub box help

im getting a 4 ohm re,se sub and i need a box desighn. (ported)

it has to be around 14- 14 1/2 inches wide..... and i would like the sub and port fired upward..

oh and here is some useful box info off the site.Ported Optimal: 2.0cf tuned @ 33Hz

here is the amp for refrences
