well guys all im really looking for is 2 18"sub that can get loud off 4kw each and wanting sql not spl nor sq.

Either of the subs mentioned with get the job done, both are solid choices, and Im sure many wouldnt mind to have either.. flip a coin

OP - for two 4k rms amplifiers, purchase two RD heavyweights instead of SuperHeavyweights - - - the SuperHWY's need more power than that. Theoretically speaking of course.

To all in this thread, usually you all know I don't get into tit for tat threads like this but the overwhelming amount of bias and stupidity was rampant enough to chap my ***. the truth is, buy some subs....see if you like em...if you dont move on and try a new toy. Tis how it goes with car audio, or any audio for that matter.
