Rate it based on what? Output? Sound quality? Cost? Price/Performance ratio?

Rate it compared to what? To our systems? To every possible combination of subs/amps? To a competition level system?

Those are good subs, and a good amp. But it's nearly impossible to subjectively "rate". Especially without being able to hear it, consider 95% of the setup's sound is going to come from the installation and tuning.

I think that it is a great set-up that will get pretty loud for a daily driver especially if you port but I believe most people prefer those subs sealed. Those are regarded by many as one of the best SQ subs out there plus they can still get pretty loud. I give that sub/amp combo for a daily SQ'ish driver a 100!!!!! If you are looking to knock somebodys head off with test tones then that setup would be about a 39.
