Fun design right here. Dual kerfed ports and a recess for some custom etched plexi to sit in. This is for a pair of T2 12's, 4.25ft^3 at 33hz.

love the one in your sig mate........

that looks perfect for a HT application im planning, as the high end & midrange drivers will sit in separate boxes on top..... what kind of cost am i looking at (in $) for a box like that..??

Here's a fun little 4th order BP box for a pair of SA-12's. 1ft^3 sealed each with a 4ft^3 common chamber tuned to 50hz.

ram just curious, how do you go about removing/inserting the subs into the box in your sig lol. or is it like a one time deal

couldn't you theoretically line the top edges with rubber or something, and then screw the top down? would be air-tight and could remove, repair subs.

Yeah, that's definitely an option. I use weatherstripping from Home Depot most of the time. Depending on the install screws just won't hold everything together for too long.
