I work for a nationwide battery retailer and we have just changed out warranty procedure and terms to prevent this kind of B.S.

If it comes in with an OCV under 10V is obviously scorched and arched,If it comes in Frozen, Missing all electrolyte because it was charged for 3 weeks on 10Amps and it all boiled out ect. It's not getting warrantied.
