Quick Sub Wiring Question

Don't solder or splice. Strip away 3/4 of an inch off the wires you want to fit at the push terminals. Split each end into a "Y" and cut off half the threads, making the wire half as thick. Then twist the wires together you want, and it should fit. Heat shrinking them together would be a nice touch.

Lowering the thickness of the wire for a fraction of an inch won't effect it's ability to handle wattage. Solder does reduce the conductivity of the wire to terminal connection. Bare copper is better.
