Dude Its not that hard just to give you a idea if you take that to a shop Its roughly 150 for amp install plus extras 50-75 for sub install then possibly another 200 for the hell of it so your 300 amp and sub is now over 1000 or Just take your time and learn something and have the gratification of doing it yourself. I had an experience where I basicallly paid a l;ocal shop 500 to install my own crap bc guy couldnt figure out my dash removal. Nor could he understand just get the headunit in with RCAS and remote ran behind front seats bc my amps were home .

I like the amp you recommend, but it's only 600 Watt x 1 Channel @ 2 Ohm. Don't you think that is a little underpowered for the sub I am getting?Would this be better? Amplifiers | APSM-1500

All their amps are popular budget stuff. Just be sure you buy from a legit shop with warranty.
