Questions about installing LC6i

I am going to be buying an Audiocontrol LC6i for my ne system and couldn't figure out the installation part. My car has a factory subwoofer amp in the back. Do I hook up the LC6i before or after the factory amp in the back?

I tried searching but didn't come up with any info about this.

Bump for an answer. Got the LC6i in the mail today. No install instructions came with it. Anybody know if I install before or after the amp?

I think Audiocontrol says after the amp, but the link above will tell you for sure.
