The midrange driver and crossovers are the same on both sets but the tweeters are a bit smaller on the X set from what the dude from Morel told me. I personally do not care what size the tweeter is as long as it has the Morel name on it i know it will rock. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifHe didn't say they sounded exactly the same, and he said the main difference was the tweeter. "main" is pretty open ended.
So, even with what was said here about whether they are authorized or not, the fact that their source has been cut and every other factor about them, you will still purchase from there ?Nice to see woofersetc took good care of you.....I plan on buying from them soon.
niceGot my normal Tempo 6's today. Came with the authentication card thing n everything. The tweeter defiantly looks and feels quite different. The regular 6 tweet is heavier feeling and more solid. The 6x felt kind of like plastic and cheaper. I didn’t listen to the 6x tweet so I can’t comment on sq of it just the look and feel. I am defiantly happier paying $30 more per set for these. I know there is nothing scientific there at all but woofersetc did take care of me and handled it quite well when they could of hung me out to dry easily.
No new xover that i am aware of... The change in the 6 and 6x is only the tweeter i believe.pics of new crossover
