Question the Authenticity of the Morel Tempos i got from woofersetc.

I hear all this about fake Morels, but when I search I never find any. Has anyone actuall seen a confirmed pair of fakes (by morel)?

Well, i got a call from david at woofers etc tonight, I was in a meeting so i couldnt answer the call. I will give him a call in the morning. I must say they do answer email and calls fast.

Of course ! Thats the best way to cover your *** in Any situation before it spreads like wild fire. They immediately jumped on this very forum a few months back for damage control too.

They are a legit place, so hopefuly it all works out... I know a lot of people question the authenticity on these components, but I never hear any follow up after they accuse.

I really doubt they are fake, my buddy got the Tempo6 comps and Tempo6 coax from woofersEtc and they sound awesome. I really don't think somebody is going to make fake speakers and put this much quality into them.

Don, have you ever heard of this line. The Tempo 6x ? Someone earlier mentioned that your a morel dealer i didnt know that. I have purchased several sets of rainbows from you in the past years. Do you also carry morel or were they talkin out of their butts ? Anyways, Do you have any info on these? I know im going to end up returning them but am now curious about these speakers since morel doesnt even have any information on them.

Ok, so I just got off the phone with David at woofersetc. He was nice about the situation. agreed to take these speakers back and exchange them for regular tempos. Of course i get to pay shipping back to them and $30 per set to upgrade but eh.... I suppose itll be a touch more then the price i anticipated but i will be happy in the end with the normal tempo line. Ill update when i get the others in!

They seem to have 1000 numbers. A new number every time they call. Just send them a pm with your number and they will call you pretty fast. I dunno if these arent as good of quality or anything. No one has had a chance to test them out really but i didnt want to be the one to test it in my cadillac...

I feel kinda jipped honestly. They will give you the tempo 6 for 30$ more, plus you pay shipping to send them back. That's like paying what they are on the site. woowie...

My buddy has those same Tempo6's with the new tweeter and like i said in another post they sound awesome. The guy at Morel says they sound exactly the same as the other tweeters and the only thing that is different is the size of them.
