I know this because when it comes to car audio, you pretty much get what you pay for.

i agree that they aren't all that. i know 'cuz i onse had a pair of 8's in a sealed box in a 'stang and no matter what i did,amp enclosure way they faced, i just couldn't get any volume outa 'em.
