Sounds like you have some loose connections, check all speaker connections. Is this a factory head unit or aftermarket? Are the speakers amplified or are they ran off the head unit?

it says - HI-POWER 4 channel output

and i have 6 speakers (2 tweeters) is this why my other speaker doesnt work?

they were working fine before i changed the back speakers!! i dissconnected the right side and then the left side stopp playing fully maybe the speakers are too powerfull?

No, my bet is that you have a connection that is loose.

The speakers don't generate any power, they can not be to powerful.

i checked my speak connections on both sides and i disconnected the one that is working and the other side still doesnt work and i switched speakers and it worked so i think something happened to the wire on the right side!! or its not getting power !!

Is your entire right side cutting out or just the front or rear? If you check all the connections and they look good it might just be a bad head unit.
