The good Birch is nice but still splinters easily as I see you found out.

thats why I use Baltic Birch Ply its 90 a sheet but cuts to a perfect edge everytime and its ridiculously strong. plus the employee discount at the lumberyard helps

screw holes are bondoed, as well as the sides for that seamless look when painted..

How many router bits do you go through running it over the srews all the time (I have seen that on a few of your builds)?

Very nice build and I love the way that cabinet grade Birch looks. Now put a light stain on it and be done w/ it!

i am LMAOing, because i have yet to change the bit.

its all to the good if you go over them slow i suppose.
