and that mustard yellow looking piece, it is the original piece that i glued on, and then had to remove. glue was drid in the pics, but i sanded it away when i attached the side baffle onto the box.

and then it goes to paintng the port black...

thats all for now...still getting the other pictures resized and sorted...

no its not wasted, its useable airspace inside the box.

more of the port, i put at least 5-6 coats of black on it, just testing it out. I like it.

man it would have ben a horrible situation, if it werent for the tape.

Reason for the notch is so i could trim out the flush trom ports....but in the end, they werent necessary.
