Huge props to JBL for doing the right thing. They could EASILY say that you bought from an unauthorized dealer and are unfortunately out of luck and wouldn't look bad for doing so. What they're doing will cost them a small bit of money, but I wonder what company you'll buy an amp from next time, though you'll probably go with an authorized dealer in the future. They're also getting some very positive (and free) advertising here. Kudos to JBL.UPDATE:
