Problem with Gooddeals18.com

Those bastards at goodeal18.com have not responded to my emails nor my phone calls. I ordered the amplifier using my credit via phone.

 
I sent them a message on ebay pretending to be interested in something they're selling at around 6:30 PM EST...they replied back at 6:56.
I guess they are ignoring you.

-credit card company wants me to send the amp back to gooddeals18, but they dont understand that those assholes are not answering me!!

-I just sent the amplifier to JBL. They are going to send me a new one.

AVOID GOODDEALS18.COM!!!

Huge props to JBL for doing the right thing. They could EASILY say that you bought from an unauthorized dealer and are unfortunately out of luck and wouldn't look bad for doing so. What they're doing will cost them a small bit of money, but I wonder what company you'll buy an amp from next time, though you'll probably go with an authorized dealer in the future. They're also getting some very positive (and free) advertising here. Kudos to JBL.

That is why I always dealt with JBL. They have outstanding customer service and their products are very reliable and underrated for their prices.

I currently have a JBL sub in my H/T and have owned many JBL amps.

 
The amp was delivered and signed for a week ago
