I'm using Windows Vista FYI.
If someone sends me a power point attachment in an email I cannot open it. But if I save the email to my desktop and open it that way, I have no problems.
I can open any other kind of attachment no problem.
When I try to open the attachment in Windows Mail it says " This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel". When I go in to this in my control panel, everything looks to be set up fine.
What should I do?
What is a good site with a big forum for computer problems?
Thanks for any help.
