True True, but i like to imagine the world could be a better place. No, greed is spiraling out of control, and it's coupled with increasingly alarming levels of apathy and laziness from the general american citizen. In short we are up shit creek with out a paddle and it seems oh so unlikely it will get better, I'm leaving this shit hole of a country at first chance.

i knew you you were going to say you didn't have a problem with your attitude... again.. funny stuff! i totally agree that the country as a whole is retarded. my business is just fine, so it's not the money. i am in excellent health- i lift, play hockey, run and fight. i feel great and would be surprised if i ever really needed it- i don't smoke and rarely drink. it has more to do with people that are suffering due to the decisions that their health care provider makes in terms of treatment. i hate the fact that a DR would rather prescribe a pill rather than fix the problem. we have problem with licensed drug dealers in this country, but that is a whole other problem. i am definitely in favor at starting with the layer issue ( limited liability ) and weeding that out first. lawyers are a necessary evil as they often do more harm than good in this country.

I have no exact numbers but i am fairly confident in saying >90% of the population could not plausibly travel on foot to a job necessary for them to provide for themselves and family. Humans being who they are are more brutal and self-concerning than any other species on the planet. Its absolutely astonishing how much the common man just "doesn't give a ****"

I have always lived far from where I work, but I still fail to see how you think transport is a right. It is the most retarded thing I have seen. I don't see how society is responsible for the distance between my home and work.

You are assuming you have made correct decisions.

You are assuming that because of that assumption, you have the right to determine whether or not others have made correct decisions.

Technological evolution caused that. Not the lack of perspective or self-concerning views. It wasn't even plausible before the advent of the automobile. You've got a better change at debating the right to healthcare, than you do the right to transportation. I'm not aware of a single place on Earth where the right to transportation is honored.

Technological evolution only manifested itself as a means to empower the elite instead of to empower the human race. Alas, the elite are now become too sparse and the traditions associated with their development have all but faded, And we are left with a social infrastructure on the verge of a catastrophic collapse.
