Anyone have insight on how to win in an eBay dispute?

I have never won a dispute buying (failed 2x) and I have lost one once selling so its all about how gay they wanna be today.

nah, I have experienced this from both ends. As a seller, I sold an item to a guy and it got lost in transit. i didnt pay insurance and tried to get the buyer to work with me on it, instead he filed a claim and decided to be a ***. Since I provided a tracking number that worked, paypal found in my favor.

As a buyer, I have recieved broken/poorly packaged goods before, filed a claim and lost.

Basically if you can prove you shipped something that weighted similarly to the item in question it's VERY hard to beat the seller.

Although if you send somebody like, random garbage You may win

Actually if you file a significantly not as described paypal dispute, you will most likely get your money back. Just make sure to meet all of paypal's deadlines. Being that it's through Ebay, you'll win. They don't even require you to show them pictures. They'll ask the seller to take the item back.

So can I just say the item arrived not as described?

Cuz i mean in the auction he says its perfect and has pictures of it undamaged.

They may side in his favor though, because he can always say that you tried to pass off an old battery for his or some dumb **** like that.

I have programs and such that locate people and get info, so I can pull a contact card on him, if you have his first and last name, and where he lives. I can get phone numbers, relatives, co-workers, neighbors, old bosses, what he drives, criminal records...etc. PM me if you need any help.

The programs I'm talking about cost like $1.10 to run and pull a contanct card. I can get IP's and stuff from screen names, but those cost around $10+ each search.

I think I can win if I use the 'item not as described' option.

Because he says the battery is perfect working condition and there's noway in hell this battery is usable.

That is definatly not my work nor my batteries guys. I shipped him two of the new HC2400s and mine were packaged by my shipping store, they will insure anything they package and unlike UPS stores or DHL they use a third party insurance so it is fair and beleive me they actually pay out.

Let me know the condition that my batteries arrive to you in, btw mine had the bolts not the terminal tops, hope that wont be any issue.
