I bought multiple batteries that day..

This battery pictured is from an eBay auction..... I knew that was a bad idea, but the price was tempting... God im an idiot...

Bumpin Buick's batteries will come today as well. Also from DHL..... :/

Good. I would have been surprised to hear BB wouldn't have known to remove the terminals.

The sad part is this would have been so easy to avoid that it was obviously just an over sight on the shipper's fault, not removing the terminals. Unfortunately I agree, its probably gonna be hard to get him to admit it was his fault and not the shipping company's.

its easy, show him my shiping tuturial and how it must be properly shipped ( packaged them according to UPS/Fedex Guidelines )

That sucks, I still have a busted kinetik 16v thats been sitting in the garage for atleast a year because I'm too lazy to take it to the local disposal place.

I had a battery shipped to me like that and it arrived ok. Not saying thats the best/safest way but it went well.

i would have expected better shipping procedures from bumpin buick
the box looks as if it barely made it....

That is definatly not my work nor my batteries guys. I shipped him two of the new HC2400s and mine were packaged by my shipping store, they will insure anything they package and unlike UPS stores or DHL they use a third party insurance so it is fair and beleive me they actually pay out.

Let me know the condition that my batteries arrive to you in, btw mine had the bolts not the terminal tops, hope that wont be any issue.
