Polyfill or not? need help

On the RCA cables to David, they were shipped two days ago and the tracking number was sent. I told you I even threw in the DEi remote turn on because they were late. I sent you the tracking number today.
The *W1's went out today, i took a pic of the boxes that are ready to ship and packed. I explained the issue and you will recive.

Well where is my Alpine H701 controller that I paid you for on 1/18/07. I have since filed a dispute. If you can provide me with a tracking number, I will not escalate it to a claim ... but c'mon ... do I really have to do this to get you to ship me something?
