Poll: What should be my new car???

Well for the last few months Ive been trying to look for a new car. I thought I was convinced of getting a 96' Impala SS(love those cars). I found one in a local dealer with with 21k miles. The car is beautiful and kept in exceptional condition. Asking $19k.

But then last week I found a BN 08' Trailblazer SS red tagged for $31k(msrp of $40k). The car has about 10 miles on the clock.

So now Im confused on which to get. If I get the impala I will be saving 10K. Should I pay a bit more and get a new car?

Trailblazer, I am also willing to bet you can get a good chunk of change off what they are asking still as SUV's are not worth shit at the moment due to gas prices. It may change if they stay low though and don't go back to $3.50+/gal

buddy has a 96 impala ss. looked good before they put the 26in rims on it. Burnt orange with lambo doors in the front and ******* in the back. Shitty ride on 26s though.

IF I get either car I wont PIMP it out with big rims or anything like that. I love the way the Impalas look stock. The chevy SS rims on the trailblazer look nice also!

Apples and oranges, do you actually need the cargo room of the TB?

If not, I'd probably go with the Impy, or look into an older TB...let somebody else bend over for the worst of the depreciation.
