if i wasnt going to start over what would you recommend i do first? buy/make a box?

u need to see how much power u wana run. then see what it will take to run that. if u wana run 1000 watts u need at least 4 ga wire. u can leave your battery under your hood and do the big 3 wire up grade in 1/0 wire. u can find a amp and then pick out a sub. u need to build a box or buy one that will best suit your sub. some subs like low tunning some like higher tunning. some subs like sealed.

he might have a simple issue but it looks to b a mess. im not trying to b a di ck im gona do my best to help him
