PLS help with ohm rating real quick!

okay, rsd6.5cs are rated at 4 ohm. Is that per speaker, or for the pair?

I'm looking at a Hifonics ZXi 6006 to power a pair of rsds.

I wanna send them 150 rms to each speaker. Amp is rated at "RMS @ 4-Ohms: 2 x 150-Watts"

Do i have it right?

again, pardon my newness, but to my understanding, i can wire 2 4-ohm speakers to a 2-ohm overall resistance. So is this correct: I need an amp that puts out 150 x 2 @ 2-ohm?

That amp will be fine for the comp set. Both the mid and tweet when hooked up to the crossover will give you a 4 ohm load to the amp.

you can wire them down to 2 ohms together but it will be mono then.. so i wouldnt suggest it lol

try to get an amp that does slightly over 150 x 2 @ 4 and give yourself a little headroom..
