Ok, i have a problem with my amp going into protect mode if i hook up more than my 2 12s and i need to know what wiring method to use and what to hook up.... i have a 1200watt 4ohm bridgeable ssl amp, 2 300 rms max 4ohm dual 12s, 2 300 rms max 4ohm mtx audio 10s, and 2 300 rms max 4ohm kicker comp 10s. all speakers are SVC. how can i get the most with 4 subs?

lol yes but right now i only have my 2 12s hooked up and i want to hook up 2 more 10s but idk how to get the most without putting it into protect mode

Not sure you know or not but running mix-matched subs is never a good idea.

Is that it? The word Level is same as gain. Every amp has a gain knob, but few amps might be labeled or worded differently.

oh okay well with just my 2 12s hooked up i’ve got that and the bass boost almost all the way up and it sounds good but i want more

if you want to run your **** all ghetto like this its your business but heres how you can.

2 10s in series (8 ohm) in parallel with 1 12 (4 ohm) = 2.66 ohms take the 2 pairs of 2.66 ohm loads and wire them in series for a 5.32 ohm load to the amp and you will get about 80 percent of the amps capability the 12's will get more power than the 10's
