wow i havent posted in here in a while. well i just got some new toys. a kinetik HC1800, its not the same color but it is the same as the 2 KR2412's i already have in the trunk. next i purchased a poineer AVIC-D3 i have to brace it better and get the rest of the wires hooked up, but the music and Nav are working.

i cracked my bezel over the winter trying to put a changer in... ill get that glued today.

the amp was great on 3 ohms. it must have done rated or better with the numbers i was hitting i never had a chance to clamp it. i just shipped it out today to another member.

thanks. sometime i have to pull the while thing off and wrap it in glass becouse when i got my windsheild replaced the friggers cracked it, but thats what i get for using all bondo for it.

Well today was a funnnn dayyyy bent over into the trunk i stripped the car out put in a peice of MDF FINALLY, anf redid my ground and added my 3rd battery, plus i did a cobbed battery holder, im going to redo it with 2x2's or 2x4's and pre-drill next time. I think ill be bringing another vehicle to the Vic Greene show to get some points in no wall,

OFF: My front one holds at 12.67V. The rear used to hold; when isolated at 13.86V with three batteries in its holding at 13.25V off, 14V on.

i got sick of my lack of bass, the mess in my trunk, amps sliding around and 2 of my speakers working so i mounted all my amps on a board and redid my Remote which has 6 different peices of wire, 4 different guages, and 6 splits. haha i also replaced one of my blown deck speakers with a matching spare i had.

then i put my cerwin vega in for some bass on my 500bd, i drove it for a day and had some dimming so i decided to put on of my kinetiks up front in accordance with woofercooker rules, and cleared it with Smithers and Wolcott. heres what i did.

thank god it changed to a CAI a few months ago or it would have never fit.

enough sewing i think i would feel safe cliff climbing with this.

Tight squeeze, i wrapped the entire ratchet in electrical tape lol i hit metal no matter how i moved it.

done. shimmed with a peice of MDF to keep the straps extra tight.

Starting fresh for 2010. I'm basically starting from scratch, back in November 2009 my ssXXX10000K burned up and i sold it off, i took a $550 loss. i traded 2 batteries away in stupidity, as is for my pioneer TS-W8102SPL and its backup.

This season I'm shooting for decent numbers, with great street-beat capabilities, I'm also moving into the trunk, hopefully doing some fiberglass work to seal off the trunk from the cab and give everything a nice finished look, final season goal is to have a second F2500D and a second TRF 12", also looking to do 4 matching batteries in the rear.

New equipment so far:

1 unused Rockford TRF 2212 thanks to OneBadMofo

1 unused Solid Audio F2500D thnaks to Infamous_e46

1 Used North star battery NSB100FT thanks to benzmansl65amg

Soon to have 140ft of 1/0 thanks to SPL Blazer

3/4" MDF, Loose weave, woven fiber, and resin are in the garage.

Box is going to be 15hx20dx28w tuned to 37.5Hz, going to do a lot of rounding and smoothing to bring the tuning up to around 42Hz

well i upgraded yet again, i picked up a bigger amp, a 15" sub, a new 4 channel amp, and a set of boston SX65 6.5's, i tossed the amp in last week and the sub in today. ill have to see what it'll do @ smithers on the first, i also tossed in a couple pics of the carnage the 5k did to the 12" trf.
